Miss McEvoy began her investigative career at the Law Offices of Euclid F. Maggiani in 1999. In 2005, she moved to Deloitte Financial Advisory Services, LLP, where she served as an investigator in its Business Intelligence Services practice and acted as a liaison with clients in the U.S. Intelligence Community and Departments of Defense and Homeland Security. Before founding Quilligence, she served as the Director of Research and Investigations at a boutique investigations consultancy. Miss McEvoy has consulted with a vast portfolio of law firms, accounting firms, commercial and public sector clients on investigations relating to litigation, business partnerships, fraud and foreign corruption, and other regulatory matters; she specializes on investigations involving fraud, national security, hidden assets, and visualization of complex business networks.
Miss McEvoy is a licensed attorney and holds a Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University of Law in New York; a B.A. in Political Science from Marist College in New York; and a Certificate of Foreign Policy from American University in Washington, D.C. She holds active high level national security clearances.
